We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lay-Z-Spa experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and boxed items. If your product is faulty or you have changed your mind, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your Lay-Z-Spa or accessories in the original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and power cables are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
