How long does it take to heat up my Lay-Z-Spa?
Heating time varies based on the ambient temperature and spa model, but typically the water temperature increases by 1.5°C to 2°C per hour. We recommend using the thermal lid to speed up the process.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all hot tub units. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Accessories and chemicals are shipped via express courier within 1-2 business days.
Can I use my spa outdoors during the winter?
Yes, our latest models feature Freeze Shield™ technology, which prevents the water from freezing and protects the pump during colder months, allowing for year-round use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on water treatment chemicals or opened filters.
Do I need professional tools to set up the hot tub?
No professional tools or plumbing are required. All Lay-Z-Spas are designed for easy DIY setup and include a pump that inflates the liner and runs the massage system.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Lay-Z-Spa liners and pumps come with a standard 12-month warranty. You can extend this to 24 months by registering your product on our official website within 28 days of purchase.
